White Glove Preparation
From selecting the ideal date to strategic planning, every element is carefully curated. You’re guided through the process with ease, clarity, and hands-on support.
During the Session
The session is guided with intention—balancing structure and flexibility to create polished, purposeful imagery designed to live across platforms.
Review & Delivery
Images are reviewed live for clarity and collaboration throughout the session. Proofs are then delivered for client selection with final retouched digital images provided afterward.

Headshots are available to book as soon as within two weeks. For an earlier session, please contact us directly so we can work with your timeline.

All sessions include our professional studio, professional lighting, and one professionally retouched image per person.
The Custom Branding Session includes all of the above plus strategic planning, custom backdrop colors, unlimited outfit, and short form videos.
Upgrade to the Luxury Branding Experience to include a salon blowout, professional makeup, and a professional stylist.

Sessions will either take place in our Green Hills home studio, a rented space, or a related office/workplace in the Nashville area. We can also travel outside of Nashville with additional travel costs.

Absolutely! We can plan your session around our travel schedule, or we can put together a custom travel quote just for you. If you are located in one of our dream destinations we will offer you some juicy deals.

Your retouched photos will be ready for download within 3-7 business after your headshot session or 7-10 after your branding session.

To protect the privacy of our family and clients, we only share our studio location once a booking is finalized. As part of our safety process, we may run a quick, noninvasive background check before confirming your appointment. This helps us maintain a secure and comfortable environment for everyone.
