Sessions will either take place in our home studio or your office/workplace in the Nashville area. We can also travel outside of Nashville with additional travel costs.

Once your purchase is complete, we’ll be in touch to provide white-glove service and help book a date that works best for you.

If you need your headshot within two weeks, please confirm availability with us before purchasing, as a two-week minimum allows us to offer flexible scheduling.

We recommend solid and neutral colors that complement your skin tone or your brand colors.

Avoid busy patterns and logos to maintain a professional appearance.

Your retouched photos will be ready for download within 3-7 business days after your session, allowing you to update your professional profiles promptly.
